Family Department Maricopa County Superior Court
The Family department serves the community by resolving family-related legal matters. Decree on Demand is a Family Department service that allows individuals whose cases have met the statutory time limit to schedule a default hearing. To see if eligible to schedule a default hearing, first complete Step 4 Default Decree packet and email completed documents to [email protected] for review.
